索尼宣布中止Android端PlayStation Mobile服务，据官方说明，该服务依然允许受索尼认证的设备运行，但运行于Android L的设备不再提供商城访问服务，并且目前没有计划授权其他设备。
PlayStation Mobile服务与2012年上线，允许PS Vite、Xperia手机与平板等索尼认证设备共享应用程序和其他内容。通过PSN ID，在购买任意一款游戏，即可在PlayStation认证设备上任意使用。
